We will attempt to send your goods via Courier or Australia post within Same day / Next day / Standard delivery time 1 – 6 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Terms & Conditions:
The following conditions apply to same business day delivery Melbourne metro:
- No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
- No Shipping to Flats or Units
- No Deliveries on Weekends or Public Holiday's
- Signature required upon receipt of delivery.
- Please ensure that someone is present at your nominated delivery address.
- If couriers are unable to deliver an item to you because nobody was available to sign for the item, customer service will contact you and work with your instructions to leave it safely following your specific directions, or alternatively, to arrange for re-delivery for a fee.
- Item eligibility is indicated during checkout. If the order is placed after the deadline, your order may not be processed until the following business day.
- $35.00 flat rate fee to Melbourne Metro only.
- This service is available on purchases over $145.00 AUD Melbourne Metro.
- You must enter the correct name and address details. Incorrect details will incur an additional re delivery fee if parcel has a failed delivery.
- Please ensure ward and bed numbers are included for all same business day hospital deliveries, a delay to the courier may incur an extra fee.
Note: Due to the rising costs of delivering to Frankston and surrounding areas we are no longer able to provide a standard fee. If you would like your gift to be delivered to any of these areas please call us for a quote on the same day delivery fee.

All orders (including personalised) paid for before are dispatched for shipping on the same day^. Orders after may not be shipped until the next business day†.

Hospital Deliveries
Due to the recent changes regarding shipment of parcels through out Australia via the Australia Post network all parcels being sent to Hospitals, Government and public buildings will now be scanned at a secure facility before being re directed to their destination. This will add extra time to the delivery of all parcels. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, please allow up to an extra day for parcel delivery. This will affect all Hospital deliveries. As mothers are usually discharged within 24 - 48 hours we advise that you send your gifts to a home address instead.
Melbourne same day Hospital deliveries are unaffected by this delay.
Local Pickup
We offer Local Pickup from our store in Craigieburn Victoria. You can select this option at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup we will send you an email reminder. Pickup is available between 9 AM - 3 PM Monday - Thursday. If you can't collect your order during these hours, you can call (1300 723 990) to arrange Afterhours or Friday pickup. We don't provide pickup on weekends. Orders placed on the weekend will be ready on Monday.
Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped via the Australia Post Network and tracking information will be sent to the email address given at checkout. Delays in the network may happen and are out of our control. As such we take no responsibility for such delays. All parcels are shipped requiring signature on delivery. If no one is home to sign for the parcel it will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. The recipient must be available at the delivery address to receive their gift. We take no responsibility for recipients not being home when delivery occurs.
The following conditions also apply:
- All deliveries are subject to changes in the Australia Post Network. Delays may be expected.
- All Hospitals, Government and public buildings have changed the way they receive parcels, all parcels are now re directed to a secure facility before being sent to the recipient, this may cause delays beyond our control.
- Incorrect details on an order may delay shipping as we need to contact you for confirmation.
- Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered after the weekend. There are NO deliveries on weekends.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on any return and re-delivery fees to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will contact the person who placed the order to discuss options.
