Do you offer personalised baby hampers?

That's our specialty! We have heaps of options for personalised baby hampers, complete with embroidery options to add that special touch. Simply select your prefered embroidery style options and enter the name and date (or just one of those) and it will be embroidered on the item for you.

If you are looking for something a bit more custom, we do have additional items that can be added to each of our hampers and can be packaged as one hamper – or you can make your own!

How quickly can I expect delivery?

If you're within the Melbourne Metro area, you can opt for our Same Business Day Delivery service. However, please note that due to a current lack of drivers, this service isn't guaranteed. To arrange delivery on the same day in Melbourne, it's best to contact us directly at 1300 723 990 or alternatively, you can arrange for your own courier. For those outside of Melbourne, we offer a Next Business Day Delivery service for all of Australia.

Can you deliver to hospitals?

We do offer deliveries to hospitals. For those in the Melbourne Metro area, same-day hospital deliveries are possible and remain unaffected by most delays. However, if sending through the Australia Post network, be aware that due to security procedures, parcels sent to hospitals and other public buildings undergo additional scanning at a secure facility, potentially causing minor delays. Additionally, as mothers in maternity wards often leave within 24-48 hours, it's recommended to send maternity gifts to home addresses. If choosing to send to a hospital, please ensure you provide accurate ward and bed numbers to prevent any additional delays. It's also a good idea to check with the specific hospital regarding their delivery procedures.

  4. Review at Checkout:
    If you prefer to customise multiple items at once, you can do so before finalising your purchase at checkout. Here, you'll have the opportunity to review all the customisation details you've entered.
  5. Complete Your Purchase: After
    reviewing and ensuring all details are correct, complete your purchase. We'll take care of the rest, ensuring your personalised gift is crafted with care and attention to detail.
