As most of our regular customers know, I am in a current stage of recovery from bowel cancer so we had already taken drastic measures to ensure that I remain safe from any illness, during the last 12 months my own well being as well as our little recipients has always been of our highest priority all of our family and staff have been practicing a strict self hygiene routine that has been at a extremely high level. We are a small family run business and we are taking the current situation very seriously, we look forward to your continued support during these trying times and want to assure you that we are going above and beyond to insure the well being of both your families and ours.
Our delivery partners Australia Post, Same day and all other courier services used are taking measures to protect their staff and customers and have made adjustments to the way they carry out deliveries. We will continue to send all of our parcels with a signature on delivery how ever A signature will no longer be required for a delivery or post office collection, instead the delivery driver will ask for the receivers name and sign on their behalf. If no one is home to accept the delivery, and authority to leave has been given, the parcel will be left in a safe place at the premises.
